- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a written quote.
- Arranging site surveys, scheduling work and issuing invoices.
- Issuing guarantees and providing aftercare on completed work.
- Meeting legal, tax and insurance record-keeping obligations.
Our lawful bases for processing are (a) taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, (b) performance of a contract once accepted, (c) compliance with a legal obligation, and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months. Records of completed work, invoices and guarantees are kept for a minimum of 7 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements, and for the lifetime of any workmanship guarantee we have issued (typically 25 years for re-roofs).
